“Reportage properties” launches “Al Maryah Vista 2” in Abu Dhabi

The project provides 588 housing units with prices starting from Dhs329,000

Reportage properties, the leading UAE real estate developer, announced the launch of their “Al Maryah Vista 2” project, which will provide 588 new housing units on Al Maryah Island in Abu Dhabi, with prices starting from Dhs329,000.

Islam Ahmed Suleiman, CEO, said that the launch of “Al Maryah Vista 2” comes after the  success of “Al Maryah Vista 1”, pointing to the distinguished location of the  two projects in the heart of a free zone, which provides an ideal opportunity for living and investment.

Suleiman made clear that the company will soon start construction work on the “Al Maryah Vista 2”,which is planned to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2025.

Al Maryah Vista 2 consists of a 29 floor tower that provides 588 apartments, as well as a commercial area, an office area, and covered car park with a capacity of 810 cars. The project will also include a mosque, a swimming pool, a gym, and a children’s play area.

About two years ago, Reportage Properties launched “Al Maryah Vista 1”, which includes 772 housing units, and extends over a total built-up area of ​​958,000 square feet, and is scheduled to be handed out during the first half of 2024.

The CEO pointed to the distinguished location of Al Maryah Island in the center of Abu Dhabi city, which houses many important facilities and offices, including the Abu Dhabi International Financial Market, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi Hospital, The Galleria Mall, and many  new retail outlets, fine restaurants and distinguished hospitality centers.

Suleiman stressed that Reportage Properties continual  launch of new projects despite the challenges imposed by the pandemic’s repercussions on the real estate sector, reflects the strength of their financial position, which is evident in the company’s achievement of strong sales during this year and past years.

Reportage Properties achieved sales of more than Dhs892mn since the beginning of 2021 until now, compared to Dhs424mn during the first seven months of 2020, a growth of 110%.

They also achieved sales of Dhs812mn during 2020, a growth of 125 percent compared to 2019.

Suleiman confirmed that construction works in all their projects are on schedule and the units  will be handed out to buyers on the specified dates.

Reportage Properties is developing 12 projects  in the UAE, providing more than 5,500 housing units within the most important investment sites in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, in addition to a project that has been completed and handrd out in Masdar City in Abu Dhabi.

The list of “Reportage Properties” projects in Abu Dhabi includes “Al Raha Lofts 1”, which provides 164 housing units, and “Al Raha Lofts 2”, which adds 110 housing units, within Al Raha Beach area.

In Masdar City, the “Oasis Residence 1” is under development and provides 612 apartments, and “Oasis Residence 2” includes about 304 housing units, as well as the “The Gate”, which adds 463 apartments, whereas the “Leonardo Residence” includes 177 apartments , and was handed out about two years ago.

On Al Maryah Island, Reportage Properties is developing Al Maryah Vista, which provides 786 housing units, next to Al Maryah Vista 2, which will include 588 new housing units .The Diva, on Yas Island, will provide 736 housing units.

In Dubai, the “Alexis Tower” is being developed on Sheikh Zayed Road in the Downtown Jebel Ali area , and provides 378 luxury housing units, and the “Rukan” tower, in the “Dubailand” area, which is being developed in cooperation with the “Continental Investment”, provides about 488 housing units, while “Rukan Lofts 1” includes about 349 residential villas, and “Rukan Lofts 2” provides about 305 villas.

In Egypt, “Reportage Properties” recently launched  “Montenapoleon” project, which will be built on an area of ​​465,000 square meters, and will include 5,500 housing units.
