Islam Ahmed Suleiman, COO, confirmed that there are good indications of improved demand in Dubai real estate market, especially for quality projects. He said the “Alexis Tower” project has an excellent location, only 10 minutes away from the “Expo” site, and near Al Maktoum Airport and Ibn Battuta Mall, with a direct exit on Sheikh Zayed Road and the metro station.
He pointed out that Reportage Properties is interested in launching many attractive offers, covering all their projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, so as to meet the requirements of their customers, and provide varied options that suit various segments of buyers.
He noted that the progress of construction works in the “Alexis Tower”, as about 20% of the project has been completed, is in line with the company’s keenness to carry out construction works in all its projects, in order to be handed over on schedule, as the project is expected to be completed by the last quarter of 2022.

Suleiman explained that the UAE real estate market showed positive marks of recovery during the recent months, especially with the encouraging measures taken by the UAE government in support of the national economy and the real estate sector, including the recent approval by the UAE cabinet to amend some terms related to the executive regulations of the Federal Law regarding nationality and passports, the granting of Emirati nationality to investors, professionals, talents and their families, with the condition that the investor owns a property in the UAE.
The list of “Reportage Properties” projects in Dubai also includes the “Rukan Tower” project, in the “Dubailand” area, which is being developed in cooperation with “Continental Investment”, and provides about 488 housing units, and “Rukan Lofts 1”, which includes about 349 villas. Residential, “Rukan Lofts 2” also provides about 305 villas.
In Abu Dhabi, “Reportage Properties” is developing “Al Raha Lofts 1”, providing 178 housing units, and “Al Raha Lofts 2”, which adds 124 residential units, both within Al Raha Beach area.
