Dubai’s real estate market reported record-breaking transactions in June, with Binghatti Developers announcing sales exceeding a quarter of a billion dirhams. The transactions followed two record-breaking sales of ultra-luxury penthouses within the Bugatti Residences by Binghatti in Business Bay.

The transactions included the sale of one penthouse for AED200 million and another for AED70 million to international clients.

These landmark sales reflect the continued demand for rare and ultra-luxury units within internationally branded residential projects.

These transactions follow one of Binghatti’s most significant real estate deals in the region in December 2025, when they sold a penthouse for AED550 million within the same project.
