As someone who leans pescatarian, I’m used to scanning menus for the lone fish dish or a few veggie sides. But Garum completely redefines what it means to dine out without relying on meat and does it with serious style.
From the moment you sit down, it’s obvious the team here cares deeply about sourcing. Nearly everything comes directly from the owner’s farm, which translates into dishes bursting with freshness and clean, vibrant flavors.

One of the highlights for me was the Watermelon Feta Salad, a gorgeous plate of sous-vide marinated watermelon, creamy Greek feta, and raspberry caviar. The balance of salty, sweet, and tart was so satisfying, and you could taste how thoughtfully it was prepared. It’s the kind of starter that makes you feel light and energized instead of weighed down.
Throughout the meal, I was thrilled by how many options worked perfectly for a pescatarian palate. Fresh seafood features prominently, and even the vegetable dishes are crafted to feel complete on their own – never an afterthought. From delicate fish mains to inventive salads, everything I tried felt intentional and nourishing.

Beyond the food, Garum nails the atmosphere. It’s the sort of space where you can settle in and really savor each course. Clean lines, warm lighting, and a relaxed yet elevated vibe make it feel special but not stuffy. The service is warm and informed – servers are happy to suggest pescatarian pairings or highlight lighter options.
Garum is a reminder that great dining doesn’t have to revolve around heavy meats. Here, vegetables, seafood, and thoughtful preparations take center stage—and the results are dishes that feel both wholesome and indulgent. Whether you’re pescatarian, flexitarian, or just love fresh, honest food, this is the kind of restaurant that leaves you feeling inspired and genuinely well-fed.

If you appreciate seasonal produce, sustainable sourcing, and a menu where pescatarian options are celebrated, not sidelined, then Garum is a must-visit.
